His expertise in business operations, strategy development, and creating customer-centric environments has been instrumental in navigating competitive markets and achieving organizational growth and profitability.
During his time as a Technical Implementation Executive, at Epic Systems Corporation, Paul led large scale infrastructure teams and supervised technical staff, significantly enhancing efficiency and client experiences. His collaborative efforts with Epic organizations post-live and his proficiency in technologies such as IT topology, hardware infrastructure and security, medical device management, and remote monitoring have underscored his commitment to customer support and software enhancement.
Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. His diverse skill set is further complemented by certifications in HIPAA, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and various Epic certifications.
