However they were able to retrieve our data and restore it on a new PC! They reviewed the new computer with both of us and it is working perfectly! We are extremely pleased with the staff and their follow up with us to ensure we understood the new system and the software. The replacement computer works perfectly and the cost was comparable to buying it online but without them first installing our data and offering their excellent and knowledgeable support! We recommend using their services should you need a new or repaired system!"
